We are a small non-profit healthcare organization with total employment of approximately 90 full-and part-time and per diem staff.

Cedarcrest Center has been judged deficiency free in the most recent state survey. We have achieved this remarkable status because of the professionalism and commitment of our outstanding staff.

We encourage staff to continue their professional development through inservices and attendance at off-site workshops. We also have a tuition reimbursement program to support staff seeking the next level of professional certification.

As a member of the staff we hope you will take pride in the excellent care that you provide and the impact that you have on the lives of our young children. All staff can enjoy the children’s activities:  music in the atrium, a special parade or “show,” home-baked treats or scavenger hunts!  

Throughout the year, we gather as a staff for barbeques, recognition events, celebrations of personal milestones  (graduations, births, marriages, etc.) and other fun activities such as mystery theatre night and holiday dinners.

Our five-acre campus in a semi-residential neighborhood provides a wonderful environment not only for the children but also for the staff.
